Juan Uribe brings the discipline of a U.S. Navy veteran, the practical field experience of an early WB-EMS operator, and the vision of a market builder to SegaHealth. As Founder and Managing Member of SegaHealth LLC, Juan has worked across fitness training, WB-EMS operations, studio support, professional education, and strategic implementation. His leadership focuses on building a structured WB-EMS ecosystem for trainers, operators, veterans, wellness organizations, and institutional partners.

Brian Cooper brings over three decades of experience at the intersection of human performance, sport psychology, clinical counseling, and applied coaching systems. As a university educator, licensed professional counselor, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and certified exercise physiologist, he helps shape SegaHealth Academy’s education frameworks, certification standards, and practitioner-development model. His work ensures that WB-EMS education is technically sound, behaviorally informed, practical in the field, and scalable for the professionals and organizations adopting this technology.

Amy Minnick is the Founder and CEO of FireSnake Fitness, a San Diego-based provider of FDA-cleared WB-EMS training. A former Division I athlete with a background in molecular biology and clinical research, she brings SegaHealth practical expertise in safe WB-EMS implementation, performance optimization, and scalable wellness programming.
